- Manage multi-organ disorders and stabilize patients before or after surgery or specialist care.
4. Outpatient Consultations (OPD)
- See patients in Outpatient Departments for new symptoms, chronic illness follow-ups, or routine health check-ups.
- Provide preventive care, lifestyle counseling, and long-term disease management.
5. Emergency Room Duties
- Respond to medical emergencies, such as strokes, asthma attacks, heart failure, or severe infections.
- Initiate immediate life-saving treatments and stabilize patients.
6. Coordination & Referrals
Act as the central point of care for patients with multiple health issues.
Coordinate care with specialists like cardiologists, neurologists, or endocrinologists when advanced treatment is needed.
